Role Purpose
The Dealer Principal (DP) provides overall leadership, vision, and direction for the XPENG Mascot and Crown operations. The DP will ensure exceptional customer experience, achieve sales and market share objectives, commercial objectives and drive operational excellence, whilst leading the XPENG brand with integrity and an innovation mindset.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in automotive retail leadership, preferably with EV exposure, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Demonstrated success in delivering financial growth and operational transformation.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret complex financial reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with ownership and manufacturer expectations.
- Represent the dealership with all key stakeholders.
- Drive innovation in sales, digital transformation, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and interpret financial performance, ensuring sustainable profitability.
- Champion brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Mentor, develop, and empower managers to deliver operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management standards are met.
Leadership & Vision
- Define and execute the dealership direction in alignment with ownership and manufacturer objectives.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performance leadership team across all departments.
- Represent the dealership externally with manufacturers, industry associations, financial partners, and the community.
Commercial Performance
- Deliver consistent profitability, growth, and return on investment.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and capital planning.
- Monitor KPIs across Sales, Service, Parts, and F&I to ensure sustainable performance.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure all operations meet or exceed manufacturer standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Champion digital transformation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Safeguard company assets and manage business risk effectively.
Customer Experience
- Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty index targets are consistently achieved.
- Address escalated concerns and promote long-term relationships with key clients.
- Position the dealership as the trusted automotive destination in the market.
People & Culture
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent across all departments.

- TBC based upon candidate skills and experience
