The Role
As the
Regional Manager – Queensland
, you will lead and manage the daily operations of the assigned JAC Dealer network, with a focus on achieving business objectives and maximising profitability for both our Dealer Partners and JAC Motors. Your responsibilities will include coaching and supporting dealership staff at all levels, from Dealer Principals to Sales Consultants, while driving wholesale, retail, and fleet performance. You will be instrumental in implementing strategic initiatives, optimising operational efficiency, and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards. To succeed in this role, you must be a strong leader who can build immediate trust with Dealer Partners, perform effectively under pressure, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieving wholesale, retail and fleet targets.
· Overseeing daily operations of the assigned Dealer network and setting performance objectives.
· Training and supporting Dealership staff at multiple levels from DP, GM, SM & Sales Consultants.
· Conducting regular performance appraisals.
· Developing and implementing sales, fleet and marketing plans.
· Managing internal and external stakeholder (e.g. fleet) relations.
· Planning, evaluating, and optimising sales processes with each Dealer partner.
· Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
· Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly or annual reports where required.
· Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
Key Requirements
· years of Automotive industry experience, ideally in a similar role.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, & CRM systems.
· Ability to gain trust and respect of the assigned Dealer partners.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Preferred but not essential is fleet customer experience in the Automotive industry.
· Ability to be able to liaise with customers, by providing support and guidance when required.
