Our Medical Centre is currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our medical reception staff for a full-time position.

About us:

We provide high level of services across several locations in Sydney and are currently in a growth phase and offer comprehensive on the job training, ongoing support and career development opportunities.

About the role:

We are looking for highly motivated, empathic and enthusiastic people with administrative and/or reception skills to join our team. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks in a healthcare setting. Full working rights in Australia are required for this role. This role would be 2 days a week with potential for more.

About you:

You will thrive working in a busy environment, problem solving and multi-tasking. You will possess good customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail when it comes to accuracy and sensitivity in handling patient information. Your phone manner is always pleasant, you communicate clearly over the phone, and you show care to others. You enjoy working in a team environment, are adaptable to changing workflow and are process orientated.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and checking in patients with a smile
  • Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings
  • Handling Medicare and private billing
  • Managing medical records and administrative tasks
  • Supporting doctors and clinical staff in daily operations

Experience in medical reception is desirable but not essential.

Immediate start and training available.
