About the role

As a Refrigeration Supervisor at OneCrew', you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems and projects. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' businesses by providing expert oversight and leadership to our on-site technicians.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the work of a team of refrigeration technicians to complete installations, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and to a high standard

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring work is performed safely and in compliance with industry regulations

  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs, schedule work, and provide updates on project progress

  • Oversee the ordering of parts and materials to support the team's work

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our refrigeration services by identifying opportunities for process optimisation

  • Participate in on-call duties to respond to emergency service requests outside of normal business hours

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician, with demonstrated expertise in commercial refrigeration systems

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of technicians

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients and coordinate work

  • Sound understanding of refrigeration system design, installation, and maintenance best practices

  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues

  • Current refrigeration and air conditioning licenses and certifications
