**Position**: Cleaning Maintenance Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of cleaning maintenance staff.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are consistently maintained to the highest standards.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and submit reports to management as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in cleaning maintenance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Our ideal applicants must be Covid/Flu shot compliant (or willing to obtain) as our customer base in within the health system.
- Applicants to have a level of physical fitness
- Applicants to hold manual licence.
- Willingness to travel between Sunshine Coast/Brisbane/Gold Coast & Nth NSW/Toowoomba in company supplied vehicle

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (Manual) (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
