About the role:

Hands-on in service, you'll be supporting the manager in ensuring the smooth flow of FOH operations. Leading by example, you'll be supervising shifts, ensuring attention to detail is evident throughout the venue, from operational processes, atmosphere, guest service, through to our food and beverage offering. We are seeking a hard working, highly motivated, positive individual looking for a challenging and rewarding position in hospitality

What we are looking for :

  • Experience proffered (not essential) leader who is comfortable working in fast paced casual dining, with a passion for inspiring & engaging with your team.

  • People focused leader who loves to coach, mentor and develop team members skills. You will bring energy and positivity to work everyday

  • You will train staff, (including junior staff ) with a positive attitude and help them understand the importance of great customer service in a restaurant.

  • The ability to ensure all FOH staff provide a warm, friendly welcoming service to all our guests.

What you will do:

  • Daily/shift supervision of staff to maintain high quality service.

  • Dealing with customer feedback in a professional manner

  • Suggest ways to improve operations and efficiency in the front of house operations.

  • Follow daily/shift procedures and ensure restaurant environment remains clean and to standard.

  • Be able to adapt to slow periods and use your initiate to find tasks to complete in quiet times and delegate to staff.

  • You will deal directly with the Restaurant and Venue Manager and contribute towards the growth of the business through your suggestions.

  • Monitor standard of food being served to customers & report to kitchen if not to standard.

  • Working with a large team of 50 employees who all love what they do and have fun a long the way.

This position is available in part-time 30-35 hours per week, or full-time if desired.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
