Your Mission

As a Level 2 Experienced F&B Attendant / Senior Wait Staff (casual, on demand), you will:

  • Lead service at tables, ensuring orders are taken, delivered, and presented flawlessly.
  • Mentor and guide junior wait staff during shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in dining areas.
  • Assist in coordinating service flow with kitchen and bar teams.
  • Ensure WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance if serving alcohol.
  • Handle food safely in line with WA Food Handling / Food Safety standards.
  • Adapt to different dining environments, menus, and guest volumes with professionalism.

What You Bring

  • RSA certification (WA) if serving alcohol and Food Handling / Food Safety Certificate (Level 1 or 2).
  • 2–3 years' hospitality or F&B experience, including junior mentoring experience.
  • Confidence, initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Energy, professionalism, and a guest-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
