They are seeking a seasoned Client Director to join our Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) team in Australia. This senior-level role is designed for a strategic leader with deep experience in data-driven transformation, AI/ML, and cloud-based consulting services. You will be responsible for driving exponential growth across existing banking relationships, expanding total contract value (TCV), and shaping the broader business strategy in collaboration with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end client relationships, including P&L accountability
- Drive aggressive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
- Structure and negotiate high-value, complex deals with a focus on innovation and disruption
- Develop and execute client growth strategies to increase wallet share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand account footprint
- Lead solutioning efforts by translating client needs into actionable consulting deliverables
- Oversee operational execution and ensure seamless delivery across engagements
- Negotiate MSAs and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Qualifications
- 12–15 years of sales experience, including 5+ years in the Australian BFS sector
- Proven success in selling solutions involving Data Analytics, AI/ML, and Data Engineering
- Strong network of CXO-level relationships within Big4/5 banking institutions
- Ability to articulate and deliver analytics solutions on major cloud platforms
- Demonstrated success in engaging top-tier banking clients with impactful solutions
- Experience managing portfolios in the $50M+ range
- Deep understanding of BFS industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs
- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary, cross-border teams
- Strong executive presence, entrepreneurial drive, and team leadership capabilities
