**Who you'll be joining**:
The company are a well recognised, Magento Enterprise Solution Partner, with a development team of over 30 developers + QAs + BAs + PMs.

**About this role**

This position would suit an experienced Magento Tech Lead who has client facing communication skills and the ability to Mentor and teach junior team members on Magento related topics.
- Work with Solution Architect in solution validation and estimation during pre-sales and ensuring delivery of technical solutions and functionality as per solution design
- Work with project managers and scrum team members to ensure solutions are delivered timely & on budget
- Work with BA and the scrum team for ticket refinements by translating business requirements into technical solution & design
- Provide estimates, break down & add technical details to tickets for development team
- Handle the development of the most complex parts of the system
- Delegate and distribute tickets to developers during sprint planning sessions
- Create plan and strategy into technical document, and handle activities such as code audits, performance review & optimisation, security review & patching, Magento cloud environments setup and configurations, Magento upgrades, data migration.
- Handle code reviews & release deployments

**Ideal Skills & Experience**:

- Proven technical leadership & hands on Magento 2 development
- Understanding of of Magento architecture & ecosystems
- Magento cloud infrastructure & services
- Magento performance & security
- Working with APIs, web services, IPaaS, and integrations
- Redis, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, Fastly, PHP 8+
- Monitoring tools such as New Relic
- Git-based version control, and git branching strategy
