About the Role – Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee our cladding, roofing, and façade projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating project teams, managing client expectations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple cladding, roofing, and façade projects.
  • Coordinate between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage procurement and supplier relationships
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
  • Oversee site safety, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates regularly.
  • Resolve on-site and project management challenges proactively.
  • Ensure projects meet client specifications and industry regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Project Coordinator, ensuring effective support across planning, procurement, and project administration.

About You

  • In depth knowledge of roofing compliance.
  • Proven experience in project management within cladding, roofing, façade, or construction sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and relevant materials.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Certified relevant to construction management or project management is preferred.
