About Us

We're a Melbourne-based furniture group behind nationally recognised e-commerce brands - supplying both retail and wholesale markets since 2009.

From our 12,000 sqm Truganina HQ and warehouse, we design, import, and deliver contemporary furniture to homes, designers, and commercial projects across Australia.

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to bring structure, accountability, and flow across our teams.

If you love improving how things run and leading people to perform at their best, this is your chance to shape how three national brands operate.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with the Founder and team leads. You'll be the person who keeps things moving - making sure projects, priorities, and people stay aligned.

Your week might include:

  • Overseeing and improving workflows across sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics
  • Tracking key projects and making sure deadlines are met
  • Spotting inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions
  • Supporting team leads with planning, reporting, and process improvements
  • Helping drive a culture of ownership and high performance
  • Reporting directly to the Founder with insights and updates

About You

You've led teams before - ideally in retail, wholesale, logistics, or e-commerce - and you know how to motivate people and bring order to busy environments.

You'll bring:

  • 3–5 years' experience in operations or team management
  • Strong people skills and a genuine care for culture
  • Confidence using ERP systems (NetSuite, Shopify, or similar)
  • A practical, hands-on mindset - you care about progress more than perfection
  • The ability to stay calm, organised, and lead with empathy
