We're a fast-growing company in telecommunications rigging and civil infrastructure, delivering end-to-end network solutions across Australia. To support our expanding operations, we're looking for a versatile IT Coder & Software Support Specialist who can develop internal tools, streamline system workflows, and provide hands-on software support to employees.

About the role

This role is vital to supporting our company's growth by enhancing client satisfaction and maximizing the value of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal stakeholders, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and user accounts.

  • Manage Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and Managed Operating Environment (MOE) deployments across endpoints, primarily ICT assets

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure Entra, Purview, Intune, Microsoft 365 services, Cloud services, AWSand Microsoft Defender for endpoint management and compliance.

  • Oversee and maintain IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and lifecycle management of hardware and software

  • Manage and develop SharePoint sites and solutions to enhance team productivity and collaboration.

  • Maintain and enhance internal software tools and business systems

  • Assist in configuring and custom developing online platform (Odoo) modules to match operational requirements

  • Collaborate with field and admin teams to identify inefficiencies and implement tech-based solutions

  • Work with external vendors and internal users to ensure optimal system performance

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in above requirements.

  • Experience supporting or customising business systems or ERP platforms

  • Solid backend development experience using Python, Java Script and XML.

  • Familiarity with Odoo (user, configuration, or implementation experience) is highly beneficial, but not required

  • Ability to gather user requirements and translate them into practical software solutions

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working with databases, reports, or workflow automation tools
