Casual Position – Ideal for school hours
Location: Supporting clients across both northern and southern Gold Coast suburbs. 

Remuneration: $ $43.12 per hour (includes 25% casual loading) + Shift Penalties + Salary Packaging + Staff Benefits and Discounts

Our services extend beyond aged care to include retirement living, home care, disability support, mental health, and family services—always placing the wellbeing of our clients at the heart of everything we do.

Please note: Staff in this role are mobile and do not work from a fixed office. Training and management are coordinated from Trinder Park, Woodridge, where onboarding will take place. Service area includes multiple locations across the northern and southern Gold Coast.

Your Role – Supporting & Encouraging Independence:

We're seeking passionate, positive, and motivated Support Workers who thrive in a team environment and are committed to delivering person-centred care. In this Home Care role, you'll support older adults to live independently and meaningfully at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
  • Support with transport, shopping, meal prep, and light domestic tasks
  • Encourage community participation and social engagement
  • Promote independence and wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care
  • Collaborate with families and health professionals

What You Bring:

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or Home Care (Desirable but not essential)
  • Passion for empowering older individuals to live independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-focused mindset
  • Valid Queensland Driver's Licence and own vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
