Client Side Superintendent Representative

Our Infrastructure team have been helping the largest clients across Australia with their complex programs of work. We have roles coming up for Site Superintendent Representatives for projects located in the Gold Coast area. Suitable candidates will require strong technical knowledge but equally strong collaboration and client management skills.

Some of the key specifications for our Site Superintendent Representatives

• Attendance at all required project site meetings including start-up, progress and completion inspections.
• Assessment and recommendation of contractual variations, EoT's, progress, claims etc.
• Undertake hold point inspections (in conjunction with PM) to ensure that quality and technical objectives of the work is achieved
• Provide monthly reporting to the Superintendent on progress, any issues arising and completion forecasts
• Ensure all HSE management plans are followed by the contractor on site.
• Provide support to other SR's on other projects as needed       
•  Experience in managing contracts including AS2124, AS4300 & Minor Works.
• Experience in undertaking the role of SR on large Civil projects
• Good technical understanding of civil asset types (roads, stormwater, bridges, waterways etc).

• Minimum of 8+ years working in a Site Management / Superintendent role on large civil infrastructure projects
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study Civil Engineering degree desirable or equivalent work experience
• Experience working in the infrastructure and/or construction sector
• Proven experience in on-site contractor management
• Experience operating at various stages in the project lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
