Adina Vineyard and Olive Grove is a boutique estate in Lovedale, offering premium accommodation, wine and olive oil tastings, and on-site partnerships with a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and luxury day spa. We're a close-knit team running a diverse business and we're looking for an energetic, proactive Bookkeeper / Administration Assistant to help keep things running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a permanent part-time role supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the estate. Your responsibilities will be varied, including:

Accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations

Payroll and employee record management

Stock control and inventory updates
-
Wine, olive oil, and providore sales (in-person and online)

Supporting accommodation bookings and guest services

General administrative and operational assistance
About You
We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for customer service. Ideally, you'll have:

Previous experience in a similar administration or bookkeeping role preferred

Solid knowledge of Xero (or similar accounting software)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, hospitality-based environment

RSA and Food Handling Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
