Position Description

Customer Service Assistant – Full-time

Council are seeking applications from individuals who are keen to support our community by providing quality customer service and administrative support to community members and internal teams. The successful candidate will provide engaging and informative customer service and general operational support as the first point of contact at Council.

Qualifications & Experience

  • The applicant will have a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a customer focused business environment and hold a current Class C driving licence.
  • A demonstrated understanding and experience in customer service and business administration, complimented by highly developed communication skills both verbal and written are essential in this position.

Salary & Conditions
