We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off Lead Consultant with 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module and a passion for delivering high-quality consulting services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs, configure SAP SF EC, and provide support during implementation and post-go-live phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 8+ years of experience in the SAP/SuccessFactors implementation space
  • Have led and be involved in 7+ SuccessFactors implementations including Employee Central & EC Time Off /Time Tracking
  • Experience in SF Learning Management is an added advantage
  • Able to lead end-to-end design workshops, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off and Time Tracking modules
  • Define and document business processes, configuration workbooks, and integration requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors (particularly in the Employee Central and Time Tracking/Time Off modules) including integration with third-party HR & Finance systems, providing guidance and insights to the team and stakeholders.
  • Extensively support sales and presales pursuits in the HXM space including providing demos to prospects
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and soft skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in solution architecture, design, and delivery within SuccessFactors and Payroll environments.
