We're looking for passionate Speech Pathologists who want to make a real difference in children's lives. At Learning Links, you'll provide life-changing support to children with communication challenges and help them thrive at school and beyond.What we offer:Permanent full-time and part-time roles (2–4 days per week) based at our Peakhurst and Liverpool clinics.Flexibility to work from home for report writing, online therapy, mentoring, and clinical support.Additional hourly loading for Saturday shifts.A balanced role: half your time in clinic, half making an impact in schools.A generous $0.99/km travel reimbursement for your commute to and from the centre or school programs (if you live more than 20km away).A supportive and collaborative team environment with Psychologists, Educators, and experienced Speech Pathologists.Access to peer support, high-quality supervision, and ongoing professional growthProfessional growth and development, including:$1,000 annual budget for external PD in your first year.Four dedicated internal PD days per year (valued at > $10,000)Free access to webinars and courses delivered by our in-house experts.Regular supervision tailored to your experience level.Opportunities to join our Professional Practice Committee.Career development opportunities, such as mentoring, supervision, clinical education of students, and organisational leadership roles.Competitive salary plus the ability to salary sacrifice up to $18,549 to increase your take-home pay.A wide variety of clinical experiences across clinics, schools, community programs, and telehealth.Your day-to-day:Supporting school communities through assessments, intervention, consultation, demonstrations, and professional learning.Conducting screening, assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions with children.Participating in peer supervision with a team of highly experienced clinicians.Building strong relationships with families, schools, and professionals.Working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.About you:Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology (Bachelor or Masters), or graduating in 2025.Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia.Passion for working with children, with paediatric experience (voluntary or paid).Strong knowledge of evidence-based paediatric assessment and intervention (speech, language, fluency).Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.About Learning Links:For over 50 years, Learning Links has been helping children build the skills and confidence to learn, develop, and thrive.
