What You'll Do
- Lead national sales teams (BDMs, Relationship Managers) across broker and wholesale channels
- Drive strategic growth through broker network and key aggregator partnerships
- Build profitable relationships with mortgage managers, dealerships, and white label partners
- Set distribution strategy with C-suite and deliver volume/performance targets
- Represent the company at industry forums and enhance market presence
What You Bring
- 10+ years in residential lending sales/business development
- Proven track record managing national sales teams in alternative finance landscapes
- Deep fluency in intermediary models and sophisticated lending architectures
- Established networks across broker ecosystems and institutional channels
