Theory Crew is seeking an Account Coordinator or Executive to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a new graduate or someone who has worked across PR, influencer marketing, and social media for 1-2 years and is looking for their next opportunity.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Managers and Account Directors in managing client relationships and bringing impactful campaigns to life.
This role offers the opportunity to support and execute integrated PR, influencer marketing, and social media campaigns for some of Australia's most exciting brands.
About Theory Crew
We're one of Australia's independent PR, influencer marketing and social media agencies for lifestyle brands. Our clients include global and local household names such as Bulla, Ferrero Rocher, Fantastic Furniture, Nando's, iRobot, Hada Labo, Sunny Queen and more. Our work spans PR, influencer marketing, paid social, UGC, content creation, activations, and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of PR, influencer marketing, and social media campaigns
- Developing media assets, including but not limited to press releases, media fact sheets, tailored pitches, opinion editorials and more, under direction
- Working under direction to generate quality press coverage in line with the strategy, as well as taking a proactive and reactive approach to securing client coverage
- Developing influencer assets, including but not limited to influencer agreements, influencer pitches and lists
- Bring to life influencer partnerships and UGC partnerships
- Assist in developing campaign ideas
- Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders
- Conduct research and stay across industry news and trends
- Prepare reports and monitor campaign performance
What we are looking for:
- Marketing graduate or 1-2 years of experience in a related field (agency experience preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Strong copywriting, proofing and grammar skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
- Passion for media, influencers, and digital trends
- Enthusiasm to learn, take on feedback and grow
