Hope Community Services, in partnership with Yorgum Healing Services, is proud to be leading the establishment and operation of the Armadale Family and Domestic Violence Hub, a collaborative initiative uniting nine specialist service partners. Together with organisations such as Ishar Multicultural Women's Health Services, Ngala, Women's Legal Service WA, Aboriginal Legal Services of WA, Marmun Mia-Mia, 360 Health + Community, and Ruah Community Services, we are building a culturally competent service model that provides holistic support to women and children experiencing family and domestic violence.

About the Role

As the Quality and Data Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring organisational excellence across our programs, with a key focus on supporting the new FDV Hub in Armadale.

Reporting to the Quality and Data Team Leader, you'll oversee compliance, quality assurance, data management, and KPI reporting to ensure that Hope's services meet the highest standards of accountability and continuous improvement.

What's on Offer

  • Pay Rate: $51 per hour (SCHADS Award Level 5)
  • Hours: 45.6 hours per fortnight (0.6 FTE)
  • Work Days: Monday to Wednesday
  • Contract Type: 1-year fixed term (5 January 2026 – 5 January 2027)
  • Location: Armadale, WA

You'll Need

  • Commitment to working in culturally secure and competent ways.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and reporting on operational systems within the health or community services sector.
  • Experience with accreditation audits and client file audits.
  • Strong skills in quality assurance, data management, and compliance reporting.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of accountability systems, continuous improvement processes, and risk management tools.
  • Experience within the Alcohol and Other Drug and/or Mental Health sectors.
  • Understanding of the unique challenges faced by people in regional and metropolitan communities.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • Current C or A Class Driver's Licence
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
