The Opportunity

We're looking for a detail-obsessed, proactive Customer Operations Executive who thrives in high-pressure environments and is ready to make a real impact.

This critical role, based in Macquarie Park, runs on rotating shifts and sits at the heart of our operations. You'll be trusted with overseeing sensitive pharmaceutical and clinical trial shipments — where timing, accuracy, and compliance aren't just nice-to-haves; they're non-negotiable.

What You'll Do

  • Provide Hypercare Support: Be the frontline for our most sensitive Life Science and Clinical Trial shipments — managing escalations, providing real-time updates, and ensuring shipments arrive without a hitch.
  • Execute Complex Logistics: Coordinate everything from dry ice packaging to reverse Radiopharma logistics. You'll be hands-on in every detail, from booking through to delivery.
  • Drive Quality & Compliance: Collaborate on SOPs, contribute to ISO and GDP standards, and work closely with ops teams to ensure top-tier compliance.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage critical assets (like SmartCubes and va-Q-tec packaging), run spot audits, and be a key player in ensuring training and performance are always on point.
  • Ensure Regulatory Adherence: Act as a Subject Matter Expert for compliance issues and drive continuous improvement to uphold our high standards.
