Your role

We are currently seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our Lower Southwest team on a permanent, part-time basis, ideally 3 or 4 days per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage a varied caseload, supporting a range of different people of all ages, living with disability.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in providing a range of Dietetic services as part of your customers overall mealtime management plan.
• Support your customers to set and achieve their goals, helping them to improve their health and well-being.
• Apply collaborative, family centered practice principles in service delivery.
• Maintain clinical records, client documentation and provide information and report on services delivered as per the requirements of CRM.

What makes you the right candidate?

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian.
• Experience working under the NDIS framework within the disability support sector.
• Previous experience with mealtime management.
• Ideally have previous experience supporting people living with a disability, paediatrics and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder support
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills teamed with the ability to work autonomously.
• Have a strong focus on safety culture and willingness to always improve quality, safety and compliance.
• Hold a valid HLTAID011 First Aid Certificate with at least 6 months validity
• All successful candidates must have or be willing to obtain the following before commencement: Drivers License, Working with Children Check, Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation module.
