We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to play a key role in delivering high-quality Technology services that not only meet but exceed business expectations. This position is instrumental in supporting the company's business transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering continuous improvement across all processes.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver smart technology solutions and process improvements that drive efficiency, reduce costs and elevate the user experience.
  • Partner closely with business and tech teams to ensure requirements are clear, actionable and successfully implemented.
  • Capture and document business and technical requirements with precision, maintaining full traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Spot opportunities for optimisation, automation and innovation to enhance operations and create real business impact.
  • Guide stakeholders through change, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Align all analysis and recommendations with ATCO's technology strategy and broader business objectives.
  • Uphold policies, standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting risk management and governance frameworks.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (required).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are highly valued.

Experience

  • 10+ years as an IT Business Analyst delivering complex technology projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate workshops effectively.
  • Experience across diverse portfolios, from process improvements to large-scale digital transformations.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with business process modelling and documentation using BPMN.
