About the Role
The Analyst Support will play a key role in enhancing how data is presented and used across the organisation and is an office-based role in Shenton Park.
This position supports the development and improvement of Power BI and Salesforce reports, refining layouts, streamlining navigation, and creating role-based reporting packages to improve user experience and efficiency. The role also contributes to the analytics training and adoption program and may assist with process review projects. We're seeking someone with strong attention to detail, excellent people skills, and the flexibility to work across multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
About You
We are looking for an Analyst Support team member who brings a "make it happen" attitude and a genuine passion for data and the insights it can provide. You have excellent attention to detail, learn quickly, and enjoy finding creative solutions to new challenges. With strong communication and customer service skills, you can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical information into meaningful, actionable insights.
As an Analyst Support, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing data to life and helping teams across the organisation make confident, informed decisions. Working closely with the Data Analyst and Business Performance and Analytics Manager, you will:
- Assist in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI and Lumary.
- Help create and manage a central inventory of reports, ensuring data connections, access levels, and ownership are clearly documented.
- Support data security and governance by managing role-based access and maintaining a central workspace for report management.
- Upload and connect reports to the data gateway, scheduling automated refreshes to keep insights up to date.
- Conduct testing sessions with stakeholders to ensure reports are accurate, functional, and easy to use.
- Develop Power BI apps, resources, and video tutorials that support data literacy and encourage adoption across teams.
- Assist in preparing and distributing clear, engaging communications about project updates, training opportunities, and new reporting tools.
To join our team you will be required to complete required clearances including a National Police Clearance.
