QUALIFIED COFFEE MACHINE TECHNICIAN

Full Time – Road & Workshop Role

Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

Sydney Based

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Coffee Machine Technician to join the largest coffee company in Australia. This position is based in Sydney and involves both on-the-road service work and in-house workshop repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, service and repair commercial and domestic coffee machines
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and breakdown callouts
  • Assist with workshop repairs, testing and rebuilds
  • Install machines and complete onsite commissioning
  • Liaise with customers, sales staff and the service team
  • Maintain service reports and job cards accurately

Requirements:

  • Must be located in Sydney
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a coffee machine technician
  • Strong knowledge of espresso machines, grinders and related equipment
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Comfortable with both road work and workshop duties
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, reliable and customer-focused
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
