Senior Coffee Machine Service Technician – Sydney

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and customer-oriented Coffee Service Technician to join our growing team. If you have a knack for fixing equipment, love working with people, and understand the importance of great coffee, this is the role for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair coffee machines, module, and grinders both on-site and in the workshop.
  • Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions, explaining equipment use, and offering maintenance advice.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machines to prevent malfunctions and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Inventory & Parts Management: Track parts, tools, and supplies needed for service calls and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  • Documentation: Complete work orders, service reports, and maintenance logs to ensure accurate records and customer history.
  • Install & Maintain: Install coffee machines and related equipment at customer locations and ensure they are functioning optimally.

We are seeking a Coffee Service Technician in a hands-on role completing technical service and customer care activity.

Tiger specialises in Swiss Automatic Espresso Machines – mainly to Multi Outlet National Accounts and is expanding to fulfil the expectations of several key accounts.

You should have 2+years technical service experience (coffee is advantageous, but not essential), a mature outlook and excellent planning and time management ability.

We are offering a competitive salary that will fully reflect your achievements plus company vehicle, phone, laptop and other relevant tools of trade.

For Immediate start full Training provided at Sydney/Melbourne Training facilities.
