Dipacci Coffee Company, one of Australia’s fastest-growing coffee brands, is on the hunt for a Junior Videographer to take full creative ownership of our video content.

You’ll be our only videographer, so this is a hands-on role for someone confident in shooting, editing, and managing video production independently. If you’re self-motivated, love storytelling, and want to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment — this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Plan, shoot, and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, and ads
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, tutorials, product features, and events
- Take full responsibility for end-to-end video production
- Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to align content with brand goals
- Manage your own production calendar and shoot logistics

What You’ll Need:

- Minimum 2 years of videography and editing experience
- Strong skills in camera, lighting, and audio setups (DSLR/Mirrorless)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a bonus)
- Confidence working solo — from concept to final cut
- Great attention to detail and storytelling instincts
- A proactive attitude and solid time management
