Our client is seeking skilled Mortgage Brokers to join their established, high-performing team based in North Brisbane, QLD, with both remote and hybrid options available. You'll work closely with well-established internal referral partners and be part of a culture built on inclusivity, integrity, and a winning mindset. Duties and Responsibilities

As a Mortgage & Finance Broker, you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting pre-qualified customers via phone, email, and video
  • Managing all aspects of loan writing and compliance
  • Attending team meetings with referral partners and the broader business
  • Completing broker CPD activities (virtual and in-person)
  • Keeping office teams informed with finance updates
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and referrers

We Are Looking for Someone With…

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an active loan writer settling loans
  • Mandarin language skills highly regarded
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking (preferred)
  • Problem-solving ability, research capability, and strong perseverance
  • High attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly
  • A current driver's licence
  • The ability to work autonomously from home when required
