Are you ready to take your mortgage broking career to the next level? Mortgage Domayne, a multi award-winning brokerage, is seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to join our high-performing team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position (Sunday to Thursday) ideal for a broker with 1–2+ years of experience in mortgage broking, credit assessment, or business development. You'll enjoy a great work–life balance with Fridays and Saturdays off, while helping everyday Australians achieve their dream of homeownership.
We offer a flexible salary package based on experience, ensuring the right candidate is well-rewarded for their expertise.
What You'll Do- Handle a consistent flow of 10–15 warm leads per week
- Work closely with some of Australia's largest and most reputable builders and land developers
- Guide clients through the full home loan process with a strong focus on service and results
- Maintain compliance and ensure accurate, high-quality loan submissions
- Spend one day per week on the road, rotating weekly between Brisbane West, Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Coast to visit partner display locations and strengthen relationships
- Minimum Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking
- Proven ability to write and manage home loan applications
- 1–2+ years of experience in mortgage broking, credit, or business development
- Strong customer service focus and professional communication skills
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Confidence in building and maintaining referral and partner relationships
