Build career pathways and manage placement agreements with universities and RTOs.
Source grant opportunities and initiatives to grow Anglicare's workforce of the future.

With integrity and resilience, you will:
Design and deliver OD strategies, frameworks, and interventions that drive positive culture change.
Lead initiatives in employee engagement, recognition, and change management.

Analyse organisational needs and recommend improvements to structures, processes, and capability.
Develop metrics to track and evaluate OD effectiveness.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in organisational development within complex environments.
Strength in performance management, succession planning, or workforce planning.
Expertise with Tier 1 HRIS OD modules (Workday experience desirable).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
