Your purpose? To enable Anglicare staff to do the best work of their lives by designing, facilitating and evaluating Anglicare’s learning and leadership development experiences to reflect best practice and Anglicare’s Vision, Mission and Values.

What You'll Do:

- _ FACILIT_ATE_:_ Face-to-face workshops and virtual training delivery for Anglicare wide learning (such as staff induction or leadership development)
- _ DESIGN:_ Anglicare-wide learning experiences (face to face and e-learning) that deliver desired learning outcomes for our staff, including induction and leadership workshops, mandatory training and management development
- _ DEVELOP:_ Consult with stakeholders across Anglicare to recommend, build and implement Learning and Leadership solutions in line with strategic priorities, culture and industry best practice

What We're looking for:

- Experience in Learning & Development with demonstrated facilitation, design experience (including e-learning)
- Demonstrated facilitation skills across multiple levels of leadership
- Strong knowledge of experiential learning and adult learning principles and the ability to develop and facilitate learning and leadership programs and workshops
- In depth knowledge of Learning and Development best practice
- Demonstrated understanding of leadership theory and practice
- Demonstrated coaching abilities (individual and group)
- Excellence communication skills and highly service oriented
- Design capability in digital learning (experience in Articulate Storyline, Microsoft PPT, & Adobe Captivate is desirable)
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud product suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is desirable
- Current NSW Driver’s License and own vehicle
