About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Centre Director (Executive Service Manager) to lead our Where We Grow Glenroy Centre.

As the Executive Service Manager, you will be at the forefront of all operational aspects of the Centre, playing a critical role in shaping a nurturing, supportive environment for both our dedicated team and the children in our care.

As the Executive Service Manager, you will be at the forefront of all operational aspects of the Centre, playing a critical role in shaping a nurturing, supportive environment for both our dedicated team and the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of the Centre, ensuring smooth and efficient management across all areas.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with staff, families, and the wider community, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration.

Support and guide your team in delivering high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of every child.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, standards, and our company values.

Promote a positive workplace culture, where every team member feels valued, supported, and motivated to contribute their best.

Champion child safety and ensure positive learning outcomes for every child, creating an environment that prioritizes their well-being and development.

TO THRIVE YOU WILL NEED:

Minimum Diploma level Early Childhood Education Qualification  

Minimum 5 years' experience in early childhood, preferably long day care 

Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role 

Demonstrated proficiency in budget management, rostering, and managing compliance / mandatory documentation  

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Strong knowledge and understanding to develop and maintain the service QIP.

First Aid Training Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training 

Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting
