We are seeking a top-tier Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day functions of a prestigious hospitality institution that caters to high-profile members from government, business, and the wider community. This is a rare opportunity to shape operational excellence at an iconic venue known for its refined service, charm, and modern amenities.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager and overseeing a number of direct reports, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading daily operations across food & beverage, facilities, events and member services
  • Translating strategic vision into actionable, measurable operational outcomes
  • Ensuring seamless front-of-house service
  • Managing communications and internal systems, including ICT
  • Coordinating exceptional member and service experiences

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated operations leadership experience in a premium hospitality or private members' environment
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to foster a high-performing team
