About your role:

We're looking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development Manager (or as we call the role at Unita, Strategic Partnerships Manager) to join our incredible WA team. As a BDM in WA, you'll dive right in identifying and nurturing meaningful relationships, delivering opportunities that bring brands and spaces to life

With a focus on WA & SA, you'll develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, consistently hitting your growth targets. Whether your background is in leasing, property, design, fit-out, or a creative agency, this is your chance to transform your talents into brand recognition and financial growth.

Your mission: maintain and develop these relationships while establishing yourself as the go-to person for our business in WA & SA

What your days will look like:

You'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing client satisfaction. You'll lead strategic initiatives aimed at maximising financial returns and expanding market presence. This dynamic role requires you to stay ahead of market trends, identify new business opportunities, and effectively promote Unita's services while aligning with client objectives.

Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing exciting growth strategies, conducted thorough market research. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to cultivate relationships, arrange business meetings, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Additionally, you'll oversee contract management, ensuring adherence to legal standards, and provide comprehensive support to clients throughout their journey with Unita.

Your role will also involve meticulous financial management, including sales forecasting, budget adherence, and record-keeping in Hubspot to track interactions and optimise sales pipelines.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in business development, stakeholder management, and strategic planning to propel UNITA's growth trajectory forward

The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess experience in leasing/property, design, fit-out, or a creative agency.
