  • Manage phone, online, and walk-in enquiries efficiently
  • Assist leads provided by the company

  • Offer expert lending advice to customers
  • Guide customers through the home loan application process smoothly

Requirements:

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is essential
  • Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is beneficial, but comprehensive training is provided
  • A background in sales or customer service will aid in achieving success in this role
  • A strong drive to build a prosperous mortgage broking business
  • An ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
