Our Sydney office is on Kent Street - a short walk from Wynyard station and close to great cafes in Barangaroo.

** Luxury Escapes is an in-person company. We work and collaborate together, face to face in our Barangaroo office 5 days a week.**

Job Description

This role suits someone who loves pace, ownership, and impact, and wants to play a critical role in shaping how millions of customers experience Luxury Escapes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM and customer touch-points
  • Planing and executing email, SMS, push and other channels aligned to broader business objectives
  • Build and optimise customer journeys using segmentation, lifecycle and performance insights
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
  • Support larger initiatives such as brand activity, service launches and business change programs
  • Track performance, test and optimise campaigns to drive engagement and results.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex, end-to-end CRM campaigns at scale
  • Hands-on expertise in CRM platforms (Braze, SFMC or similar)
  • Strong campaign execution skills, including stakeholder briefing, content coordination, QA and optimisation
  • Confidence working with data, reporting on performance and applying insights to continuously improve outcomes
  • Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable juggling multiple concurrent campaigns in a high-velocity environment
  • Commercially savvy, with a clear understanding of how CRM drives customer value and business results.
