We store and market wheat, barley, canola, sorghum and specialty commodities, connecting over 10,000 growers with more than 1,000 end-market customers across the food, beverage, edible oils and animal feed industries. **About the role**

GrainCorp is currently seeking a CRM Functional Specialist, for a 12 month fixed term opportunity, to support the businesses to develop best practise CRM processes and be involved with recommending technology-based configurations or solutions. The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Reviewing sales and account management team processes and re-engineering these to improve efficiency and consistency across various teams and product lines.
- Support requirements gathering, process improvement, coaching for front line staff and managers on best practise usage and processes.
- Work as a key member of the CX, marketing and customer facing teams (sales & customer service).
- Coach managers and front-line staff on new processes at align with CRM best practice
- Support continuous improvement within the sales, account management and customer service teams.

**About your experience**
- Experience with CRM functional analysis and mapping
- Development of process documentation repository for best practice processes
- Commercial acumen and focus on data driven decision making
- Sound communication skills to accurately convey thoughts, intentions and objectives.
