**CRM Marketing Specialist**

**We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Marketing Specialist to join our CRM team in Sydney.**

In this role you will support the Real Time team in producing first class communications that are engaging, relevant, error-free and most of all, fun You will also look to create and try new ways to engage the customer and make recommendations around how our campaigns could be optimised.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Contribute to and execute upon monthly plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Produce first class communications that are engaging, relevant, error-free and most of all, fun.
- Advocate for the customer and to develop the tone of voice that we use across all of our brands. Drive the CRM innovation within the team.
- Maintain the vitality of our communications structure, cadence and proposition.
- Deliver best in class comms and offers in line with budgets.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Bachelor's degree qualification in marketing, business administration, related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years' CRM experience.** **Understands the lifecycle of the customer.
- The ability to structure tests, understand data analysis and take meaningful action based on results.
- Experience of end to end campaign process. Ideation, planning, execution, analysis and optimisation
