- Hourly rate $ $52.01 per hour (HEW Level 3) plus superannuation.
- Casual roles. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde.

Exciting opportunity for you to join the wider Service Connect Team in the role of casual Student Connect Support to provide customer service and administration transactional support during the peak period for Session 1, 2026 enrolment, commencing from early October 2025.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Student Connect, you will:
- Provide customer service and transactional support to international and domestic students, referring or escalating as appropriate.
- Maintain and apply knowledge of policies and procedures relating to international and domestic students at the University.
- Undertake student administration transactional processing using a range of student administration systems ensuring timely, accurate and quality assured data processing, and undertaking a range of associated administrative and/or customer service-related tasks.
- Process written, email, phone or in-person enquiries in a timely manner
- Provide feedback to support student services, process and systems improvement.
- Prioritise time and tasks to meet targets and timelines.
Provide information and data as requested.
The position requires a Criminal History Check.
About You
You will have knowledge of the higher education system, experience in providing customer service or administration, and be able to contribute to continual improvement initiatives in student support services.
You will have high attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of work. You will also have good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
