The Role

Are you an experienced Employment Lawyer who is experienced with Workplace Law? Do you have a passion for Employment Law and Industrial Relations and are looking to work on top-tier matters with high end clients, without the grind and politics of a top-tier firm?

ASSEMBLE has partnered exclusively with a boutique specialist workplace law firm with a presence in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The firm is led by a former top-tier practitioner who founded the firm over 13 years ago to deliver exceptional results for high-end clients minus the excessive hours and rigid hierarchy.

You'll join a high performing team working on complex employment and industrial relations disputes for both local and national ASX-listed clients, while enjoying the lifestyle and flexibility to work from home. They have created a culture to be proud and love to reward and celebrate their wins.

This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on litigation experience, direct client contact, and invaluable mentorship from one of the leading practitioners in Workplace Law, all within a supportive, ego-free environment.

Our client is open to full-time or Part-timers with the ability to work from home or the Office in Brisbane / Gold Coast.

Who We're Looking For

This opportunity is ideal for a switched-on solicitor who is hungry to learn, eager to grow, and passionate about employment & IR law. You'll value direct client engagement, thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment, and appreciate a firm where you are rewarded for the hard work you do. You must have recent experience working within Employment Law in a practicing law firm.
