Workfast is looking for a Construction site supervisor to join our client's multi-year project on a 3:1 roster at Robinvale, VIC.

  • $60.00 per hour + Penalties + superannuation
  • 3:1 roster
  • Meal and accommodation provided

We are working on behalf of our client, who is a successful, well-known and reputable nationwide business that covers industrial, construction, and environmental services and is seeking aConstruction site supervisor. 

The ideal candidate will come with strong references and possess an impeccable Safety record.

What you need:

  • Australia's full working rights
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • White card
  • First Aid certificate
  • Minimum 5 years of Construction Supervising experience
  • Knowledge of safety design in construction, maintenance, and operation.
  • Pre-employment Medical Check
  • Willing to undergo a National Police check

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and monitor work quality, ensuring compliance with regulations and our clients' standards.
  • Enforce safe work practices and ensure training and support for personnel.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements in coordination with site construction and discipline project coordinators.
  • Conduct daily pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards, including injury management and rehabilitation support.
  • Handle equipment ordering and promote teamwork and communication.
