As a Senior Supervisor- Operations, you'll be at the forefront of our construction projects, ensuring safe, successful delivery while leading site teams and subcontractors with excellence.Customer Project Execution - APAC >Customer Project Execution - APAC >Portfolio3Roster: 3:1Location: Golden Plains 2 Wind Farm, RokewoodResponsibilities:- Implement and manage safety practices and protocols to ensure compliance and safe results with a team that demonstrates safe behaviours.- Promote a culture of excellence (safety focus, structure, work discipline) and continuous improvement with the site organization to advance capability and performance.- Comply with legal requirements, construction and safety codes, and other regulations.- Provide clear direction for Vestas site personnel and subcontractors. - Maintain good working relationships with the site team, customer, subcontractors, and other stakeholders including Unions and regulators.- Analyse, manage and mitigate risk for HSE, Subcontractor interface, IR and productivity.- Interface wtih Health and Safety and Union Representatives Qualifications:- Proven track record in site supervision - minimum of 10+ years - Technical diploma, trade qualification relating to engineering or construction or similar- Proficient IT skills, e.g. MS Office, HSE and Progress reporting software- Valid driver's license- Wind Industry experience highly regarded. Competencies:- Supervision of teams in a major project portfolio environment.- Management of sub-contractors in remote site locations e.g. crane, electrical, civil.- Ability to manage high pressure situations in major construction environments.- Managing site personnel, subcontractors, Union representatives and regulators- Proactive and hands on approach toward role - involved and engaged.  - Self-starter and self-motivated- Experience dealing with Health and Safety Representatives- Able to inspire others to action - team leader. - Well organized and planning orientated.- Management of project stakeholders including- Values honesty, confidentiality and integrity and expects same of others.
