Candidates must have:

  • The ability to work with and support other team members.
  • A positive attitude, great personality, proactive and innovative with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Sound decision making skills, the ability to critically think and confidence in handling conflict resolution.
  • Cocktail experience with the ability to create beverages whilst paying attention to detail.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
