A rare opportunity has become available working directly with our payroll manager in a reputable global organisation. Credit Corp Group is not your average Debt Collection company. We are 2500+ strong, with offices across Australia, USA and the Philippines. We're an ASX200 company.

Your primary objective for this role is to prepare and pay salaries for our overseas employees, assist with the Australian payroll, superannuation, bonuses and maintain related records, in compliance with payroll and relevant legislation while providing exceptional internal customer service.

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and process the Australian fortnightly payroll for approximately 1,200 employees
  • Prepare and co-ordinate the fortnightly payroll for USA, Philippines and New Zealand to the outsourced payroll providers for approximately 1,000 employees- We will train you
  • Administer new starters and termination pays
  • Responding to payroll related enquiries and maintain the payroll system
  • Assist with reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Administration of superannuation
  • End of month reporting
  • Assist with remuneration reviews
  • Assist with maintaining the Organisational structure within the payroll system
  • Assist with end of year reporting and administration
  • Adhoc duties as required

What you will need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using PayGlobal highly desirable
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and be a highly organised individual
  • A track record in processing high volume payroll with at least 2 years experience
  • Knowledge working with payroll/HR/ESS databases and systems
  • Sound Knowledge of Australian employment legislative and statutory requirements
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and Word
