The Company
A well-established global company is searching for a Payroll Officer to join their team. This role will be working as part of an established payroll team using iChris.

As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for the employees.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end payroll processing on a fortnightly payroll
  • Entering new starters through to payment and terminations
  • Calculating superannuation, leave entitlements, and award interpretation
  • Review of the Time & Attendance Data feed
  • Leave calculations including parental, long service, annual, sick, and workers' compensation
  • Reconciliation of superannuation and payroll tax
  • Assisting with payroll queries and inquiries as required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and regulations
  • Proficiency in Chris 21 or iChris
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
