Property Manager - Exciting Opportunity to Build and Grow With Us

Buxton Glen Waverley is expanding, and we're looking for an energetic Property Manager to join our newly established Rental Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the business, make a real impact, and be rewarded for results.

About the Role

You'll be an integral part of a fast-growing department, responsible for assisting with daily property management routines while also taking on a Business Development (BDM) focus in the early stages. We're looking for someone proactive, confident, and ready to help shape the future of our rental division.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of a small but expanding rental portfolio
  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and lease tasks
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Assist with leasing and open-for-inspection coordination
  • Drive new business opportunities and help grow our rent roll
  • Support the development of streamlined systems and client service standards
About You
  • Experience in property management or a related role (assistant property managers welcome to apply)
  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work independently
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for growing a department from the ground up
