THE ROLE
As a Logistics Coordinator at Kempower, you'll work as a part of Kempower Global Spare Part Operations team and you get to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. On a typical day, you'll process incoming spare part orders, arrange for and track shipments, and coordinate the material flow of a part refurbishment workshop, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.

In this role, you will

  • Process Spare part orders primarily from APAC region with correct documentation and billing, supporting with European and North American customer orders when needed. Manage credit and warranty validations.
  • Provide direct customer service: Confirm availability, share ETAs and update customers.
  • Coordinate pickups and dispatches to and from customers via service providers.
  • Manage material flow to and from an outsourced refurbishment production line.
  • Maintain accurate ERP records, ensuring traceability.
  • Support import/export compliance and tax documentation.
  • Lead issue resolution for delays, shortages, and customs holds.
  • Act as APAC contact for customers, internal teams and logistics partners.

At Kempower we are accommodating a hybrid work model. This role is primarily based in our Melbourne CBD office; however, you will have the opportunity to work from home as well.

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • 3+ years in logistics coordination, ideally in spare parts or aftersales.
  • Experience with 3PLs, couriers, and regional carriers.
  • Skilled in ERP systems (Epicor or similar) and WMS portals.
  • Familiar with incoterms, customs documentation, and import/export basics.
  • Knowledge of warranty flows, reverse logistics, and SLA monitoring.
  • Being a clear communicator across teams, partners, and time zones.
  • Independent and proactive in resolving challenges, with the ability to adapt seamlessly to fast-paced and shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented in documentation and system entries.
