Key Responsibilities
- Application Processing: Receive, log, and process incoming skills assessment applications and supporting documentation.
- Document Verification: Conduct initial checks on submitted documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established guidelines.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately enter applicant information and document details into our database and case management system. Maintain organized physical and digital files.
- Communication: Assist with drafting and sending routine correspondence to applicants regarding application status, missing information, or general inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the assessment team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all administrative tasks are performed in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Office Management: Assist with general office duties as needed to support team operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Administrative Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or Skill assesment lodgement role.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document review.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload effectively, and maintain organised records.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new database or case management systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve administrative issues efficiently.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
