*What You'll Be Doing*
The position is responsible for managing all steps in the sales cycle supporting the Sales Account Executives with their portfolio of customers ensuring all the administrative duties are managed and completed to ensure smooth execution of customer transactions.

*Primary Responsibilities:*

  • Provides administration support
  • Works with account executive to manage key accounts
  • Be the internal point of contact for clients
  • Maintain customer/vendor relationships
  • Ensure all applicable customer data is updated in JIM 2
  • Manage all parts of the sales process for assigned Customers
  • Ensure time requirements are met and any changes communicated to the Customer
  • Assist the team in meeting targets and KPIs
  • Prioritise tasks constantly throughout the day/week/month
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of other accounts as required for backup support
  • Manage buffer stock for your portfolio of clients
  • Be an active member of all Project Deployments for AE, assisting where required
  • Liaise with all other BC departments to ensure continuity for customer
  • Ensure escalate of any potential challenge/risk to SAE as identified
